What a Life!!!

I have been with this brewery company for a month, but up till now, I'm still very free. And this have lead to boredom already. I'm not learning anything here except training myself to be a more better good drinker with good 'drinking stamina'. Why such things can happened??

Well I blamed it to my boss failure to understand my role! He is the one that go thru my job specs with me and said that is quite similar to his. But till now, he still don't know how to utilised me. He don't even involved me in his meeting with his sales manager, which I think that I should be in, because my KPI part and largely of my KPI lies in sales volume. Basically my role is juts like his assistant. In this role I supposed to assist him in various capacity in order to help bring in the volume. In short, basically he supposed to groom me up to be his successor or as smaller role sales manager.

What spurs me up to take this position is because, after 18 or 24 mths, I'm supposed to be a manager either in a higher capacity or a lower one. That's why, he supposed to train and groom me up instead of just passing some stupid paper works to me. Now, I'm just being a coordinator by compiling reports and some idiot paper works. For me to show off my talent, I need to understand their whole operation. If not, I won't impress anybody at all.

In a month or 2, I think I will talk to him to let him know my real job specs. Now, must look-see look-see 1st. Is very difficult to pass my time pretending to be busy in front of the pc. If not, I will just have beer in the evening till nite. What a life man!!!!
